Apple macOS
On an Apple device, you should have very little trouble discovering the printer and installing it. Just go to System Preferences, Printers, and click the + to add the printer. The printers are called “TQ, Floor [1 to 4]” and should show up in the list.
If you can’t see or connect to the printer, add it with a specific IP address listed below. Make sure to select the protocol “Airprint”.
Floor 1: 192.168.50.11
Floor 2: 192.168.50.12
Floor 3: 192.168.50.13
Floor4: 192.168.50.14
Microsoft Windows
On Windows, install the new printer by adding the specific IP address listed below.
Floor 1: 192.168.50.11
Floor 2: 192.168.50.12
Floor 3: 192.168.50.13
Floor4: 192.168.50.14
Select a standard Konica Minolta driver if you want, for instance, “KONICA MINOLTA XPS Color Laser Class Driver. Don’t download drivers, because they won’t work.
